The 2025 EMC annual meeting was held on Saturday, July 12 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Attendance was 67, which is typical for the last 3 years.

2025 Annual Meeting
Annual meetings have been held each summer since 1973. The only exception was the 2020 meeting - scheduled for Tulsa, Oklahoma - that was canceled due to Covid-19. But we made up for that by meeting in Tulsa in 2025.
Annual meetings generally last about 2 hours. Do people drive across the country for a 2 hour meeting? Yes, we do! We are Extra Milers!

Field Trips
Field Trips
Most annual meetings are followed by a field trip to some interesting nearby geographical point. It may be a special county line, a state tri-point, or some other unique geographical place. Some field trips are structured, while others are more individual. The field trip after each meeting usually lasts about 2 hours.
